1. Listing information

Listings may be submitted by owners, developers, agents, landlords or other contributors. Information can include text, photographs, floor plans, prices, location, features, availability and contact details. JBS Worldtech Ltd may edit, format, categorize, suspend or remove a listing for presentation, quality, compliance or business reasons.

2. Advertiser responsibility

• Provide accurate, current and complete information and promptly correct changes in price, availability, condition or ownership.
• Have the legal right and authority to advertise the property and provide any submitted image, document, brand or personal information.
• Disclose material facts, known defects, disputes, restrictions, charges, encumbrances, planning issues and any other matter a reasonable buyer or tenant would need to know.
• Comply with applicable Nigerian property, consumer protection, advertising, anti-fraud, data protection and anti-discrimination requirements.
• Respond honestly to enquiries and never request payment through deceptive, impersonated or unauthorized channels.

3. Buyer and tenant verification

Anyone responding to a listing must conduct independent checks before relying on it. Confirm the advertiser's identity and authority, inspect the property, verify title and planning status, review all charges and obtain independent legal, technical and financial advice. Do not send money based only on a listing, chat or photograph.

4. No endorsement or guarantee

Publication does not mean JBS Worldtech Ltd endorses the advertiser, guarantees the property, confirms title, certifies condition, promises availability, or recommends a transaction. We do not guarantee that listings will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free from fraud or third-party infringement.

5. Removal and reporting

We may investigate a report, request supporting evidence, restrict visibility, remove a listing or refer suspected fraud or unlawful conduct to relevant authorities. Report a suspicious or inaccurate listing to [email protected] with the listing reference, evidence and your contact details.

6. Personal information in listings

Do not submit unnecessary personal information, identity documents, financial details or another person's image without a lawful basis and permission. Personal information supplied through a listing or enquiry is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
